Warranties:

All of our products come with an express 12 month warranty that covers upholstery and structure.
NB: Pilling is not covered under any warranty, for full details please see our website.
If you have any warranty claims within the time period, you will need to email images of the issue with a copy of your tax invoice to info@furnitureliquidators.com.au

There is no warranty applicable to ASIS goods- this will be stated on your invoice.

 

Delivery Process:

We are using a 3rd party delivery company. At point of sale you will book in the serviceable delivery day – we are unable to stipulate time frames- the delivery company will call you the morning of your delivery to advise of a 2 hour time window.
- This is a drop off only service the delivery team will not assemble anything.
All deliveries must be paid in full prior, there are no COD options. Delivery date must be booked on the day.

Pick Ups:

From point of sale, you will have 7 days to collect your goods- you can collect on the day or book in a day with the sales team.
- All orders must be paid for in full.
